Subject: Temporary Suspension of Enrolment in the QAR Program

This is to inform you that on December 30, 2010, the Regional Trial Court Branch 128 of Caloocan City issued an injunction on the implementation of PRBOA Resolution No. 88, Series of 2009 and PRBOA Resolution No. 23, Series of 2010. Until the final resolution of this case, the Board of Accountancy is not implementing these resolutions.
In view of the pendency of the case, please be informed that effective immediately and until further notice, registration and enrolment in the QAR Program is temporarily suspended.
To those who have deposited their enrolment fees to date, but failed to complete the online registration, you are advised to send a duplicate copy of your validated deposit slip with your name, address and contact number to the PICPA Office as soon as possible.
Please be guided accordingly.
